Responsibilities
Conduct month-end close processes, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up to date
Maintain the general ledger by recording journal entries and verifying account balances
Perform thorough account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies
Manage bank reconciliations for multiple entities, ensuring proper cash flow tracking
Oversee intercompany transactions and resolve any related issues efficiently
Handle backlog transactions and ensure they are recorded correctly
Review incoming and outgoing cash flows, ensuring compliance with financial procedures
Monitor invoice payments and rental transactions for accuracy
Collaborate with team members to address financial gaps and improve accounting processes
Work independently while maintaining open communication with stakeholders for support and clarity
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in month-end close procedures and general ledger maintenance
Strong background in journal entries and account reconciliation
Proficiency in bank reconciliations and managing financial transactions across multiple entities
Familiarity with intercompany transactions and their proper accounting treatment
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data analysis
Ability to work independently, taking initiative to complete tasks without direct supervision
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in financial reporting
Must be open to drug and background screening to be considered for this role
