Responsibilities
Process, review, and verify billing statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
Manage the collection of invoices and handle discrepancies as necessary
Transfer invoice details between work orders with precision and attention to detail
Utilize intermediate-level Microsoft Excel skills to organize and analyze billing data
Maintain updated records in computerized billing systems
Collaborate with team members to streamline billing functions and improve efficiency
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to billing
Monitor and report on accounts receivable to maintain accurate financial documentation
Assist with resolving client inquiries related to billing and payments
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in billing functions or a related role
Solid understanding of debit and credit processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including intermediate-level skills
Familiarity with computerized billing systems and tools
Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and addressing client concerns
Knowledge of financial compliance and billing regulations
