Responsibilities
Process full-cycle payroll operations with accuracy and attention to detail
Manage multi-state payroll to ensure compliance with varying state regulations
Prepare and file payroll tax reports in adherence to federal, state, and local laws
Utilize ADP Workforce Now to perform payroll-related tasks and data management
Maintain records and documentation related to payroll transactions and tax filings
Address employee inquiries regarding payroll and resolve discrepancies promptly
Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure seamless integration of payroll data
Conduct audits to verify payroll accuracy and compliance with company policies
Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary adjustments
Support internal teams with payroll reporting and analysis as required
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing
Expertise in managing multi-state payroll operations
Knowledge of payroll tax regulations and reporting requirements
Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle sensitive payroll data
Excellent problem-solving skills for resolving payroll discrepancies
Familiarity with auditing payroll processes for compliance and accuracy
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
