Responsibilities
Assist in the review of financial deliverables prepared by the fund administrator
Process capital call and distributions
Support the distribution of investor communications
Respond to routine investor inquiries and ad-hoc requests
Help prepare and review investor reporting requirements
Portfolio analytics support
Contribute to strategic projects
Help with streamlining and improving processes
Provide general support for treasury and other back-office functions, as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong PE and waterfall knowledge
Self-directed and resourceful
Ability to assist in the review of financial deliverables prepared by the fund administrator
Experience in processing capital call and distributions
Support for the distribution of investor communications
Ability to respond to routine investor inquiries and ad-hoc requests
Experience in preparing and reviewing investor reporting requirements
Portfolio analytics support experience
Ability to contribute to strategic projects
Experience in streamlining and improving processes
General support for treasury and other back-office functions, as needed
