Personal/Office Assistant
Law Firm is seeking a Personal/Office Assistant who is organized and multi-task oriented. The role involves scheduling personal appointments, organizing documents, and assisting with various tasks, including transporting dogs to appointments.

Responsibilities
Schedule personal appointments and travel arrangements
Organize and file personal documents
Schedule vet appointments and transporting dogs to and from appointments
Assist bookkeeper with organizing and filing
Make bank deposits
Any other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be very organized and multi-task oriented
Must have excellent communication skills
Must be comfortable with dogs
Must have reliable transportation
Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
Strong communication skills along with attention to detail
Experience using Outlook calendar
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Preferred
Experience using Outlook calendar
Familiar with Mac
Microsoft Office
