Responsibilities
Providing updates and QC report tracking
Reporting to client and the Operations Manager weekly
Tracking in excel
Assessing project defining scope find bill of materials approve line items
Engaging in accurate timelines
Working with contractors and in house construction teams
Be able to change digital to as-builds
On call responsibilities will be helping to mitigate risk with outages. They will need to make sure the Construction Coordinators are working quickly to assure crews are responding in a timely manner
Qualification
Required
Experience as a program manager in OSP telecommunications construction efforts
Experience with Commercial (Metro E and SMB) and Residential (Multiple Dwelling Units), SDU (Single Dwelling Unit) jobs
Experience supporting clients such as Comcast and Sunlink
Strategic oversight of Cable TV expansions
Management of a team of construction coordinators/managers
Client-facing role with a focus on process efficiencies
Vendor management experience
Internal/external communication skills
Oversight of general operations including P&L, High-level Fleet Management, and Workforce Development
Experience with Site Surveys, Site Walks, creating and validating BOM's
Ability to approve line items and set expectations with end clients
Coordination of construction with various crews (fiber/directional drilling preferred)
Performing QC and working projects through close out to validate As-builts
Oversight of project budgets
Ability to create accurate timelines after assessing projects
Experience working across Design, Permitting, and Construction
Strong internal and external communication abilities
Motivated with the ability to take initiative
Ability to escalate issues to higher managers
Collaboration internally and externally
