2+ years expIntermountain Hospital is looking for a dynamic Receptionist to greet patients, visitors, and staff at our front desk. The Receptionist is responsible for various clerical duties, maintaining the lobby's appearance, and providing data processing services for the facility.

Responsibilities
Greet patients, visitors, and staff at our front desk
Checking in patients for assessment
Answering the switchboard and routing calls appropriately
Maintaining the facility census book
Accepting and directing incoming deliveries
Processing incoming and outgoing mail
Providing clerical support as requested
Keeping A&R forms stocked
Maintaining the appearance of the lobby and triage rooms
Providing data processing services for the facility which includes entering patient’s admissions, entering A&R calls, entering discharges and physician/bed/unit transfers
Assisting with various clerical duties and projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school graduate or equivalent
Two (2) years' experience on a multi-line telephone switchboard, preferably in a health care environment
Any combination of education, training, or experience in a hospital environment preferred
