Responsibilities
Proficiently perform assignments having the knowledge, skills and abilities and experience needed to carry out all aspects of completing IAQ studies
Exercise independent judgment and decision-making in planning, organizing and conducting work assignments
May receive instructions and guidance on unusual or complex problems and knows when to get others involved
Effectively utilize the proper resources to develop solutions and devise new approaches encountered in work assignments
Identify and eliminate unnecessary work and non-value added activities
Be proficient with MS Office and Outlook
Possess excellent oral and written communication skills as well as a knowledge of building systems
Possess a current certification from a respectable IAQ/IEQ association (e.g., ACAC)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor or Masters degree in engineering, environmental sciences or related field required
3-5 years of progressive experience
Proficiently perform assignments having the knowledge, skills and abilities and experience needed to carry out all aspects of completing IAQ studies
Exercise independent judgment and decision-making in planning, organizing and conducting work assignments
May receive instructions and guidance on unusual or complex problems and knows when to get others involved
