Responsibilities
Design and support end-to-end BI and analytics solutions using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
Integrate data from enterprise platforms such as policy, claims, finance, CRM, and operational systems
Develop and maintain analytical data models optimized for reporting and performance
Build and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports using DAX and Power Query
Manage and support Microsoft Fabric components including data pipelines, data flows, and workspaces
Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) using Microsoft and Azure data tools
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to governance and security standards
Work closely with business users and technical teams to translate reporting needs into solutions
Provide technical guidance and best practices for Power BI and Microsoft Fabric usage
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering
Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, report development)
Experience working with Microsoft Fabric and modern data platforms
Strong background in data integration using APIs, REST/SOAP services, and Azure integration tools
Solid understanding of data modeling concepts (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema)
Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and master data concepts
Experience with Azure data technologies such as Azure Synapse and Azure SQL
Proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language such as Python
Experience supporting enterprise or large-scale data initiatives
Mandatory experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
