Responsibilities
Perform a variety of tasks involved in the fabrication, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices
Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment as needed
Conduct quality inspections on the production line in accordance with established specifications
Accurately complete documentation and follow all SOPs and quality standards
Use basic measurement tools, including microscopes
Rotate between different tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualification
Required
Ability to read, write, and interpret specifications in English
Ability to perform basic math calculations
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Willingness to work flexible and/or extended hours if needed
Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time
Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role with or without reasonable accommodation
Preferred
High school diploma or GED preferred
Zero (0) to one (1) year of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred; no experience required
Basic knowledge of hand tools is a plus
