LAVA LABS - Innovation Foundry is dedicated to designing and building app-controlled DSP amplifiers. They are seeking an experienced Flutter App Developer to enhance and maintain their Flutter-based app, which interfaces with hardware to provide users with advanced audio control features.

Electrical & Electronic Manufacturing

Responsibilities

Collaborate with our software and hardware teams to enhance and maintain our Flutter-based app
Build out key features, including:
Wi-Fi provisioning and device setup
Frequency sweep generation and response capture
Real-time DSP configuration including PEQs, delays, and routing
Develop a clean and responsive UI with smooth user interactions
Debug and improve communication between the app and embedded hardware (via Wi-Fi)
Troubleshoot edge cases where firmware and mobile software interact
Contribute to QA, testing, and app performance improvement

Required

4+ years of professional experience with Flutter and Dart
Proven experience building apps that interface with embedded hardware
Strong understanding of firmware and mobile app integration
Solid knowledge of networking and Wi-Fi provisioning in mobile apps
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and remote team
Sharp attention to performance, reliability, and user experience

Preferred

Background in audio, DSP, or sound system design
Experience working with ESP32 or similar microcontrollers
Familiarity with mobile state management tools (e.g., BLoC or others)
Ability to debug low-level communication and protocol issues
Passion for high-fidelity audio or DIY tech
