As a Customer Engagement & Sales Assistant, you’ll play a key role in face-to-face sales, customer acquisition, and brand promotion at exciting events throughout the Orlando area.
Marketing & Advertising
Responsibilities
Drive Sales Growth: Engage directly with customers to identify needs and promote tailored product solutions that convert into long-term clients
Event Marketing & Promotion: Represent the brand at local events, delivering value-driven pitches and closing sales in fast-paced, in-person environments
Customer Acquisition: Expand our client base through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation strategies
Relationship Building: Establish strong, positive connections with new and existing customers to enhance satisfaction and retention
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on all offerings to confidently educate and support clients during the sales process
Consultative Support: Offer tailored solutions and product guidance based on customer needs
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated and able to manage time independently
