Experience in visual merchandising and maintaining retail space standards
Proficiency in technology and retail systems, digital platforms, and point-of-sale systems
Passion for home décor, design, and cultivating memorable shopping experiences
Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
Preferred
Previous retail leadership experience is preferred
A bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
