Responsibilities

Assist with administering youth surveys at participating schools in Mobile, AL
Assist with filing and sorting documents, including confidential documents
Observe classrooms at participating schools
Complete rubrics for data collection in classroom observations
Meet with teachers and school administrators
Assist with data entry
Assist with set-up and logistics for school trainings

Required

Ability to work under deadlines with general guidance is necessary
Strong work ethic, high integrity, and excellent interpersonal skills is necessary
Experience interacting with children, teachers, parents and the community is necessary

Preferred

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education is strongly preferred
Experience working in schools preferred
A preferred candidate will have a valid driver's license and access to their own transportation
