Responsibilities
Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives
Oversee purchasing activities to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services
Manage vendor relationships, including negotiation of contracts and evaluation of supplier performance
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout procurement processes
Monitor procurement activities to optimize efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards
Analyze market trends to inform purchasing decisions and enhance procurement strategies
Lead reverse logistics processes to ensure the effective return and reuse of materials
Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement functions with overall business operations
Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes through the use of innovative tools and methodologies
Prepare and present reports on procurement activities and performance metrics to senior management
Qualification
Required
Procurement, purchasing, or sourcing within electronic recycling / e‑waste / ITAD (non‑negotiable)
Must have ITAD experience (IT asset disposition)
Proven experience in procurement management, with a strong background in purchasing and procurement processes
Knowledge of reverse logistics and its application within procurement strategies
Ability to develop and execute effective procurement plans and strategies
Strong negotiation skills for managing supplier relationships and contracts
Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements
Proficiency in analyzing market trends to support purchasing decisions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Preferred
Highly prefer candidate that speaks Mandarin
Experience with R2 systems or similar procurement tools is preferred
