Responsibilities
Providing end‑to‑end support across desktop, server, and network environments
Managing and maintaining Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMware environments
Leveraging scripting and automation (PowerShell, Ansible) to improve efficiency
Monitoring system performance
Deploying hardware
Contributing to infrastructure upgrades such as cluster computing systems
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in systems administration or IT support
Strong networking fundamentals (firewalls, switches, VPNs, VLANs)
Windows Server & Active Directory administration
VMware virtualization management
End‑to‑end IT support across desktop, server, and network layers
Hardware, software, and connectivity troubleshooting
System performance monitoring and optimization
Ability to deploy and configure physical hardware
Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving capabilities
Ability to work independently with high ownership
Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field
PowerShell scripting and basic automation (Ansible preferred)
Experience supporting production environments and infrastructure upgrades
