Responsibilities
Review complex tax returns for businesses and high-net-worth individuals
Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to a diverse client base
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify planning opportunities
Perform some hands-on preparation work as needed
Engage directly with clients and community professionals
Contribute to firm growth and leadership initiatives
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of public accounting experience
Strong background in business and high-net-worth individual tax preparation
Prior experience as a Tax Manager in a CPA firm
Excellent communication skills and professional presence
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
Substantial tax experience and leadership potential
Must be local or willing to relocate to Sarasota - remote work is not an option due to the community-facing nature of the role
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
