Responsibilities
Analyze and evaluate HRIS systems to improve efficiency and accuracy in HR processes
Manage and maintain Dayforce systems while ensuring data integrity and compliance
Develop and implement dashboards to provide actionable insights for HR and leadership teams
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system needs and recommend improvements
Support the implementation of updates and enhancements to HRIS platforms
Generate detailed reports and metrics to assist in decision-making processes
Train HR staff on system functionalities and best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HRIS systems
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all HRIS activities
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in HRIS analysis, with a focus on human resources information systems
Proficiency in Dayforce software and related HR technologies
Strong ability to create and manage dashboards for data visualization
Excellent analytical skills to interpret and present HR metrics
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams
Understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving HRIS technical issues
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
