This role involves partnering with design and project management teams to deliver accurate estimates for advanced facilities, while candidates must reside in PA or NJ and be available for occasional travel.

Responsibilities
Partner with PM and Precon leadership on workload planning
Develop and review estimates
Coordinate estimating resources
Lead front-end planning and estimate strategy
Submit estimate packages to clients
Qualification
Required
Experience working closely with internal design teams
Strong conceptual and front-end estimating background
Significant Life Sciences experience (required)
Preference for manufacturing environments
R&D lab and cleanroom experience acceptable
Experience on large projects ($100M+) (not limited to 1–2 projects)
Industry knowledge with an established contractor/subcontractor network
Preferred
Design & construction estimating experience
Revit, ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud)
Trimbull, Sage/Timberline estimating tools
PM experience with temporary or matrixed teams
Monte Carlo simulation tools
Experience with a large GC or AEC firm preferred
