Responsibilities
Respond promptly to AV support tickets and resolve issues in conference rooms, huddle spaces, and executive boardrooms
Troubleshoot and maintain AV systems (Crestron, Biamp, Extron) and UC platforms (Zoom, Teams)
Assist with meeting setups, ensuring equipment is tested and ready before sessions start
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as firmware updates and system health checks
Deliver white-glove support for executives and high-profile users—professionalism is key
Document service requests and resolutions accurately
Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or vendors when needed
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with Crestron, Biamp, and Extron systems
Solid understanding of AV signal flow and cabling standards
Strong troubleshooting ability and independence
Polished, professional presence with excellent customer service and communication skills
Background in corporate enterprise or higher education AV environments
Preferred
CTS certification (highly valued)
Experience with Zoom Rooms or Microsoft Teams Rooms
Familiarity with AV-over-IP technologies
