Responsibilities
Manage in‑processing/out‑processing for civilian, military, partners, and contractors; maintain status metrics
Administer/maintain manpower databases (e.g., Defense Ready or successor); generate weekly/monthly reports
Maintain org charts, recall rosters, and phone lists; ensure currency
Analyze manpower plans; recommend efficient resource utilization
Qualification
Required
Experience with Federal HR procedures; attention to detail; strong communication with stakeholders
Experience with Excel, SharePoint, Teams; HR systems specified by JPO
Demonstrated experience in federal human resources and/or manpower positions, and familiarity with federal HR and manpower regulations
Minimum Bachelors degree in related subject or discipline OR equivalent combination of education and work experience
Must be a U.S. Citizen and hold a Secret Clearance
Minimum 5 years performing duties described in the description above
