Conduct thorough quality control checks to ensure data accuracy across multiple systems
Verify account details and validate information within Salesforce and internal databases
Identify and resolve inconsistencies, missing records, or errors in financial data
Collaborate with finance and operations teams to enhance reporting accuracy and reliability
Document findings and contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives
Utilize fraud analytics tools to detect potential discrepancies or fraudulent activities
Analyze data to uncover trends related to suspected fraud and other anomalies
Support anti-fraud investigations by providing detailed data insights and reports
Ensure compliance with data management standards and organizational policies
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within the financial services industry
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar customer relationship management systems
Advanced proficiency in Excel and other data management tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and discrepancies in data
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Knowledge of fraud detection and investigation techniques
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
