Contacting potential clients to provide guidance on Medicare plans, including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans
Engaging with potential clients over the phone
Answering inquiries and offering exceptional customer service
Utilizing sales strategies to match clients with suitable insurance products
Staying knowledgeable about Medicare regulations and products through training sessions
Qualification
Required
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients over the phone
Customer Service and Customer Support experience to ensure a positive client experience and address inquiries effectively
Sales skills and the ability to utilize sales strategies to secure new clients and achieve targets
Experience in training or the willingness to participate in ongoing training to stay updated on Medicare products and regulations
High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote setting
Basic computer proficiency to manage client records and utilize sales tools
Preferred
Previous experience in the healthcare or insurance industry is a plus
Relevant licensing for selling Medicare plans preferred
