Responsibilities
Revenue & Pipeline Ownership : Own and deliver annual and quarterly ACV/ARR targets while driving pipeline creation, coverage, conversion, and forecast accuracy
Go-To-Market & Territory Strategy : Define and execute the regional GTM playbook, including territory design, segmentation, and regional execution priorities
Sales Performance Management : Establish, track, and optimize core KPIs such as quota attainment, win rates, and pipeline health, ensuring disciplined Salesforce reporting
Team Leadership & Development : Recruit, onboard, and develop top-performing Account Executives and sales leaders, leading by example in critical deals
Sales Methodology & Execution Excellence : Drive consistent application of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) to improve deal quality, predictability, and outcomes
Strategic & Cross-Functional Engagement : Partner with Marketing, Product, and Pre-Sales to align campaigns, customer insights, and roadmap influence, while building executive relationships with strategic prospects and customers
Qualification
Required
10+ years of enterprise software sales leadership experience, ideally in BPM, workflow, automation, integration, or low-code platforms
Proven success in scaling sales teams in a high-growth environment
Strong understanding of complex, consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Track record of hiring, enabling, and retaining high-performing AEs
Familiarity with Salesforce, MEDDPICC, and enterprise sales tooling
Executive presence and ability to influence CxO stakeholders
Strong operational rigor and analytical mindset
Preferred
Experience working with or selling through partners / GSI / OEM models is a plus
