Responsibilities
Serve as a key point of contact for site-related information and questions. Act as a point of contact for other departments and external suppliers, appropriately managing confidential information as necessary
Collaborate with the global Administrative Business Partner (ABP) team to ensure successful execution of regularly scheduled domestic and international meetings, events, or projects
Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies. Serve as a lead or manager for small projects
Facilitate internal communication across different teams and projects
Work closely with public affairs managers to build relationships with the local community
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
2 years of experience in project management, event planning, or program management
Preferred
3 years of experience in program or project management
