Ability to mentor and inspire a team of engineers
Successfully completed two or more full block/system verification cycles through to tape-out
Track record of successfully managing and delivering projects against deadlines
Ability to effectively work with global, cross-functional teams
Qualification
Required
10 plus years' experience working within digital design verification positions
3 years' experience in a leadership role, with the ability to mentor and inspire a team of engineers
Extensive knowledge of VLSI verification flows, concepts and methodologies
Successfully completed two or more full block/system verification cycles through to tape-out
Expert in industry standard verification methodologies - UVM, SystemVerilog
Experienced data protocols / data path designs - Ethernet, SerDes, PCIe
Track record of successfully managing and delivering projects against deadlines
Ability to effectively work with global, cross-functional teams
Driven, enthusiastic individual that is ready for a new challenge, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that will have a profound impact on the future of optical communication technology
