Responsibilities
Define multi-year engineering roadmaps aligned to product vision—balancing innovation with operational excellence
Recruit, mentor, and scale distributed squads—fostering an ownership-driven, 'invent-and-build' culture
Establish coding standards, microservices frameworks, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and QA/testing practices to ensure reliability and performance at scale
Partner closely with Product, R&D, Legal, and Operations to integrate APIs, data pipelines, and security/compliance measures seamlessly
Own SRE and security posture—implement monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management for zero-downtime and data integrity
Define and track key metrics (deployment frequency, MTTR, code coverage, performance SLIs) and drive continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
12+ years of software engineering experience, with significant startup or scale-up background
Demonstrated success leading global, remote engineering teams
