Visiting busy bars, restaurants, cafes, gyms, and nightlife spots
Talking directly to servers, bartenders, hosts, and hospitality staff
Pitching the CRAFT opening and founding team opportunity
Handing out hiring cards and inviting people to interviews and hiring fairs
Promoting strong earning potential, great culture, and opening-team energy
Representing the brand with confidence, professionalism, and personality
Tracking referrals and hires you generate
Qualification
Required
Extremely outgoing and comfortable starting conversations with strangers
Well-spoken, polished, and confident
Strong understanding of hospitality culture (experience preferred)
