Information Technology
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care
Conduct physical examinations, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning
Manage care for patients experiencing homelessness and other underserved groups
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including nursing, behavioral health, and care coordination
Utilize electronic health records to document encounters and track quality metrics
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance measure reporting
Maintain compliance with clinic policies, medical standards, and regulatory requirements
Occasionally travel between clinic sites as needed
Qualification
Required
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
Valid California medical license (MD)
DEA certification
Current CPR certification
Preferred
Experience working in an FQHC or community health environment
Familiarity with clinical quality measures (e.g., HEDIS, UDS, CMS metrics)
Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred, not required)
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
