Support and Resolution Specialist - Part-Time to Full-Time
Vatic Outsourcing, a growing boutique telecommunications consulting firm, is seeking a Support and Resolution Specialist to work with our clients and internal staff. This position will be responsible for order processing, pricing requests, general account management, and client interface including follow-up and escalation of issues.

Use of various web-based tools and databases to satisfy customer requests
Interact with corporate professionals up to and including VP and C-level staff
Work closely with various members of internal peer and management organizations
Take various leadership roles, internally and externally
Qualification
Required
Entry-level experience
Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, email) with customers, peers, direct and senior management
Ability to diagnose, articulate, and provide solutions for client's technical issues
General customer service experience
Must be willing to work varying schedules including some evenings and weekends
Job contingent upon a background check
