Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day field operations for landscape construction and maintenance projects
Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to ensure timely and efficient project execution
Collaborate with project managers, account managers, and crew leaders to support project timelines and objectives
Conduct routine site inspections to ensure work meets company quality standards, client expectations, and industry standards
Identify and resolve issues proactively, providing field guidance and recommending improvements
Implement, monitor, and refine quality control processes to drive continuous improvement
Perform regular site visits to assess progress, address concerns, and ensure adherence to project scopes
Support client-facing team members during walkthroughs, punch lists, and project turnovers
Assist in resolving client issues promptly and professionally
Supervise and mentor crew leaders and field staff, ensuring performance expectations are met
Provide ongoing training, coaching, and operational support to build a high-performing field team
Foster a positive, safe, and productive work environment consistent with company values
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and promote a strong safety culture across all job sites
Oversee equipment usage, maintenance, and material coordination to minimize downtime
Utilize CRM and operational software — especially LMN — for scheduling, job tracking, time management, estimating, and reporting
Leverage technology to improve workflow efficiency, communication, and field accountability
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in landscape construction and/or maintenance operations
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple crews and projects simultaneously
Solid understanding of landscape construction practices, maintenance standards, and industry equipment
Valid driver's license
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred in business, horticulture, construction management, or a related field
Proficiency with CRM/operations software, with LMN experience strongly preferred
Relevant certifications a plus
