Manage and administer compensation programs, salary structures, and job evaluations
Lead annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, market adjustments)
Conduct market analysis and benchmark roles to maintain competitiveness
Oversee HRIS data integrity, workflows, reporting, and system optimization
Partner with HR and leadership to provide insights and recommendations
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local compensation regulations

Required

Experience with compensation programs, salary structures, and job evaluations
Experience leading annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, market adjustments)
Ability to conduct market analysis and benchmark roles to maintain competitiveness
Experience overseeing HRIS data integrity, workflows, reporting, and system optimization
Ability to partner with HR and leadership to provide insights and recommendations
Knowledge of compliance with federal, state, and local compensation regulations
Experience with the Energy industry or something similar
Legally authorized to work in the United States
