Trust Systems Administrator
The Arc of Indiana is a statewide, not-for-profit organization dedicated to advocating for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. They are seeking a Trust Systems Administrator to support the operational, technical, and communication needs of their Trust program, ensuring accurate systems management and compliance with policies and regulations.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Chief Trust Officer and the Director of Beneficiary Services to prepare account reconciliations, deposit reconciliations, and duties related to month/year end closing processes
Assist with updates to the policy and procedure manuals, mailings, and database maintenance and updates
Ensure accurate and uniform updates to INtrust (the trust administration software)
Manage, maintain, and clean up electronic and paper files in coordination with the Trust Administrative Assistant
Manage Vendors in INtrust
Implement and manage Trust email lists
Collaborate with the Senior Director of Engagement and The Arc of Indiana’s communications team on all trust communications, including newsletters and annual surveys as needed
Communicate with trust staff on updates and new releases to the INtrust software
Coordinate with the trust team to ensure that accurate and timely mailings can be facilitated in the trust database
Research, recommend, and communicate software programs and solutions to support the Trust in utilizing best practices
Serve as the point person on all updates to trust administration software, INtrust, and train new employees on system use and enhancements
Partner with the Chief Trust Officer to prepare for potential changes to various government benefits and maintain up-to-date reporting and communications, to ensure protection of beneficiary eligibility
Collaborate with the Chief Trust Officer as special projects arise to ensure completion
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree or higher
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other software programs
Understanding of project management process and familiarity with software such as Asana
Ability to multitask
Preferred
Experience in the disability community a plus
