Responsibilities
Lead trend scouting + content direction across TikTok, Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn
Build and execute growth systems: viral content, collabs, engagement loops
Oversee daily content publishing across multiple client + agency accounts
Manage content calendar + campaign rollouts with bold, relevant storytelling
Collaborate with designers, video editors, and strategists to bring growth ideas to life
Track and analyze performance metrics, optimize for reach and conversions
Stay ahead of platform + cultural shifts to keep brands relevant and early
Run creative experiments (hooks, formats, virality tests) and scale winners
Guide community engagement to deepen presence and impact
Qualification
Required
Proven record growing accounts (portfolio with case studies)
Expert across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts
Deep understanding of growth psychology + content virality
Proficient in Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, and AI tools
Analytical + data-driven: able to pivot fast
Lives in social media culture: knows what's next before it hits mainstream
Comfortable in fast-paced, client-facing agency work
