Responsibilities
Develop the strategy and execute a plan to maximize the outcomes of a product led growth motion at Rippling to sign up and go straight to using our full functionality
You’ll build an experimentation engine within your team that fuels scale and efficiency gains; you’ll optimize via test and learn
Collaborate cross-functionally to build and iterate on campaigns. Partner closely with growth stakeholders to execute campaigns specific to PLG and tap into existing campaign infrastructure while sharing learnings and reporting out on results
Partner with analytics to create a measurement ecosystem that allows us to track leading indicators and KPIs throughout the entire funnel and maximize our ROI
Own the outcomes driven by marketing, growth and product on our self serve attainment
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in growth, product, PLG, building companies or general management
Must have experience owning an end to end product
Proven ability to build product marketing fit and scale distribution from owned and unowned channels
Previous experience starting and scaling a company is a plus
You are a self-starter with a bias towards action who is able to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Superb cross-functional collaboration and project management skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
