Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with attorneys to manage every phase of commercial real estate deals, including preparing, reviewing, and revising essential documents such as purchase agreements, lease agreements, and loan documents
Drive and organize due diligence activities—conducting comprehensive title and survey reviews, analyzing environmental and zoning reports, and ensuring regulatory compliance
Develop closing checklists, monitor transaction timelines, and facilitate communication between clients, attorneys, and third-party stakeholders to ensure seamless closings
Support entity formation for real estate transactions, drafting organizational documentation including resolutions and operating agreements
Analyze and summarize title commitments, endorsements, and surveys; draft title objection letters and coordinate resolution of title issues
Prepare legal descriptions, amendments, closing statements, and escrow instructions; assist with the document preparation and filing for commercial lending and borrowing
Maintain and meticulously organize both physical and digital files, ensuring strict adherence to firm policies and supporting administrative needs as required
Qualification
Required
Advanced proficiency in Aderant and Adobe Acrobat
Hands-on experience with athenahealth software
In-depth understanding of Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS)
Demonstrated ability to conduct effective briefings and manage complex calendars
Background in claim administration and high-level complaint handling
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
