Responsibilities
The Customer Service Representative provides prompt, accurate, and professional support to customers by handling inquiries through phone, written, web, and in-person channels
This role resolves both routine and complex issues, conducts research, processes adjustments, and collaborates with internal departments to ensure timely resolution
The position requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while meeting productivity and quality standards

Minimum of 1 year of claims processing or customer service experience
