Responsibilities
Creating project documentation including meeting minutes, deliverables, project status reports, and presentations
Tracking issues, risks, action items, and decisions using standard project management techniques and tools
Developing use cases and mapping back to requirements for traceability purposes
Working with users to define and develop business requirements
Developing/executing test scripts based on the review of business requirements/use cases
Executing both manual and automated testing of functional, user acceptance and data conversion is preferred
Logging test script results and defects
Communicating project issues and risks to the project management team
Qualification
Required
3 to 5 years' experience with Unemployment Insurance (Tax and/or Benefits)
Experience with MS Office suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in dealing with senior leadership and executive stakeholders
Preferred
Experience using and configuring Application Lifecycle Management tools (e.g., Microsoft Azure DevOps, Atlassian Jira)
