Responsibilities
Prepare and file legal documents, including federal court filings, with utmost accuracy
Manage e-filing processes for litigation and class action cases
Coordinate and maintain attorneys' calendars by scheduling meetings, court dates, and deadlines
Ensure compliance with all court filing requirements and procedures
Assist in drafting and proofreading legal correspondence and case materials
Organize and maintain case files and legal documentation systematically
Communicate effectively with court staff and external parties regarding case-related matters
Support attorneys during litigation processes by conducting research and gathering necessary information
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Legal Assistant, preferably in litigation or class action cases
Proficiency in federal court e-filing systems and procedures
Strong organizational skills, particularly in calendar management and scheduling
Familiarity with civil litigation processes and terminology
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and accuracy in handling legal documentation
Proficiency in using legal software and tools
