Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategy to establish common IT systems across ASG and its operating companies, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability
Drive ERP, HRIS, and other system integration and alignment within the company
Define and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and best practices to safeguard company data and assets
Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity threats and trends to proactively address potential risks
Define a calendar for IT Security training, to ensure all team members with access to company devices are aware of common threats
Identify and manage equipment requirements across the organization, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
Establish procurement processes and vendor relationships to support equipment needs efficiently
Support due diligence processes for potential acquisitions, assessing IT infrastructure, systems, and capabilities
Drive technology integration post-acquisition to ensure seamless transitions and maximize system synergies
Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during technology implementations, upgrades, and organizational changes
Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the IT organization and broader company
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master's preferred
Minimum of 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with a proven track record in M&A (ideal but not required), change management, and enterprise-wide system implementations
Experience with ERP implementation is required
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, security, and technologies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
