Responsibilities

Manage payroll processing for business units, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Prepare and submit Certified Payroll reports for prevailing wage projects
Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Process payroll adjustments in accordance with company policies
Utilize UltiPro software to manage payroll workflows effectively
Review and process employee time entries for payroll calculations
Apply advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs to analyze payroll data
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless payroll operations
Maintain compliance with local payroll tax regulations and reporting requirements
Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing within a manufacturing or construction environment
Familiarity with Certified Payroll reporting and prevailing wage requirements
Proficiency in UltiPro or similar HRIS payroll systems
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
Understanding of local payroll tax regulations and compliance
Ability to work onsite three days a week and remotely for two days after training
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Required
