Entry, Mid LevelUnited Apartment Group is seeking a highly motivated, analytically driven Analyst to support the expansion of their third-party multifamily management platform. This role involves evaluating new management opportunities, supporting client engagement efforts, and delivering market and financial analysis for successful onboarding of new assignments.

Responsibilities
Conduct underwriting of multifamily properties to evaluate potential third-party management engagements
Assess operating performance, budgets, financial trends, and revenue opportunities to support management proposals
Analyze rent levels, operating expenses, and competitive submarket dynamics to inform strategy and positioning
Assist in preparing management pitch materials, fee assessments, and client-facing presentation content
Build and maintain relationships with multifamily brokers, property owners, and other industry partners as sources of new management opportunities
Collaborate with operations, leasing, and asset management teams to evaluate staffing needs, systems alignment, and operational requirements for onboarding new assets
Provide fast, accurate analysis to support active management pursuits and time-sensitive opportunities
Support acquisition underwriting on select opportunities tied to management platform growth
Qualification
Required
Proven experience analyzing multifamily assets, particularly from an operational or property management perspective
Strong understanding of multifamily market fundamentals, including rent drivers, competitive positioning, and expense benchmarks
Advanced Excel capabilities, with the ability to produce clear, reliable underwriting models
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convert analysis into compelling, client-ready materials
Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating within a fast-paced, opportunity-driven environment
Preferred
Pre-existing relationships with brokers, owners, or industry partners preferred
Bachelors degree in finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field preferred
