Qualification
Required
3+ years of employment litigation experience in a law firm environment
Hands-on experience with discrimination, wrongful discharge, wage & hour, and/or class actions
Active Massachusetts Bar admission
Strong academic background
Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
Comfortable handling matters with limited supervision
