Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive accounting/controllership leadership experience
Public accounting foundation required
Deep manufacturing industry experience required
CPA or MBA required
Prior experience supporting a business/company with $1B+ in annual revenue
Strong U.S. GAAP, close, consolidation, and control environment experience
Preferred
Experience in matrixed organizations and shared services models preferred
