Qualification
Required
Strong business development skills, including market research, strategy development, and client prospecting
Experience in sales, account management, and building long-term client relationships, especially within the aerospace industry
Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with minimal supervision
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
Proficiency in CRM platforms and tools to streamline business development processes
Availability to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events as needed
Preferred
Knowledge of laser technology and industrial manufacturing solutions is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential
Experience in the aerospace or industrial equipment sector and knowledge of global markets are considered an advantage
