Responsibilities
Manage customer accounts by processing payments and resolving discrepancies efficiently
Address inbound calls and provide attentive assistance to customer inquiries
Generate and review invoices to ensure accuracy and proper documentation
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software to maintain financial records
Collaborate with clients to resolve overdrafts and payment issues
Monitor accounts receivable balances and ensure timely collections
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address concerns
Perform check processing and reconcile transactions to maintain accurate accounts
Assist in improving processes related to accounts receivable functions
Maintain a meticulous approach while handling sensitive financial information
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in accounts receivable or similar accounting functions
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software programs
Ability to process invoices and payments accurately
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Skilled at resolving discrepancies and overdrafts effectively
Strong organizational and computer skills to manage financial tasks
Familiarity with general accounting principles and practices
