Responsibilities
Deliver standard educational content for internal and external training needs, primarily onsite at customer locations, with occasional virtual or alternative delivery methods
Provide educational support and address customer inquiries at SUNs, Mini-SUNs, and approved trade shows
Analyze client learning objectives and training needs to recommend appropriate educational solutions
Apply knowledge of Laerdal’s Education Services portfolio, including its economic, clinical, and educational benefits, to align solutions with customer needs
Recommend and implement products, services, and programs to enhance clients’ training capabilities
Support clients in developing training resources, including curricular needs, courseware (such as Laerdal Scenario Cloud Content), training plans, lesson plans, and customized training materials
Assist in promoting and supporting the sales of Laerdal’s products, services, and programs by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions
Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining proficiency in organizational systems such as Salesforce
Qualification
Required
Ideal candidate should reside in should reside in Houston, Texas
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a medical or educational field (e.g., NREMT, RN, teaching, or instructional design)
3–5 years of experience in clinical practice, teaching, or simulation-based training
Strong communication and customer relationship management skills
Ability to analyze client needs, adapt to various environments, and implement training solutions
Proficiency with technology, including Windows, Teams, iOS, and troubleshooting IT or mechanical issues
Ability to deliver basic SimCapture training and maintain relevant certifications
Willingness to travel up to 100%, including at least four weekend training days per month
Valid driver's license required
Ability to lift and carry up to 100lbs with or without mechanical assistance
Preferred
Experience with Laerdal's high-fidelity simulators preferred
