Assist Bankruptcy Attorney with his bankruptcy practice
Prepare mortgage modification applications for attorney review, submit to mortgage companies or their attorneys to save a client’s home from a foreclosure sale
Manage both types of files for the attorney
Qualification
Required
Assistance in bankruptcy practice
Preparation of mortgage modification applications for attorney review
Submission of applications to mortgage companies or their attorneys
Management of both bankruptcy and mortgage modification files
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work independently

Preferred
5+ years of experience as a paralegal or mortgage processor
