Responsibilities
Serve as primary support contact for all clinical applications
Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and workflow issues
Train clinicians and staff on proper and effective system use
Analyze workflows and recommend improvements
Support provider documentation, dictation, and transcription workflows
Conduct audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance
Maintain documentation, workflows, and training materials
Collaborate with IT and vendors on issues, upgrades, and enhancements
Communicate system updates, downtime, and resolutions to staff and leadership
Provide onsite support through regular facility travel
Participate in 24/7 on‑call rotation
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in healthcare, IT, or related field OR
Minimum 3 years' experience in a clinical, rehab, or healthcare setting
Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and insurability
Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills
Ability to teach complex concepts to diverse skill levels
Understanding of clinical applications and workflows
Proficiency with Microsoft O365, Windows 10, Windows Server
Experience managing user accounts and permissions
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong time‑management and collaboration skills
Ability to travel as needed
Background and drug test required prior to employment
Preferred
IT, troubleshooting, or project management experience preferred
