Required

Expertise in IAM platforms (Okta, Azure AD, CyberArk, SailPoint, Ping)
Strong proficiency in network security (firewalls, IDS/IPS, NAC, VPN, microsegmentation, SD-WAN)
Experience with SOC tools and processes (SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, threat intelligence)
In-depth understanding of AI/ML systems, model governance, and AI risk management
Knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Zero Trust architecture
Familiarity with EHR integrations, medical device security, and HL7/FHIR data exchange protocols
Hands-on experience with HITRUST CSF, HIPAA Security Rule, and NIST 800-66 frameworks

Preferred

CISSP, CCSP, or CISM
HCISPP (HealthCare Information Security and Privacy Practitioner)
Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) or equivalent IAM certification
Network Security certifications (CND, CCNP Security, PCNSE, NSE)
AI Security or AI Governance credentials (e.g., MIT AI Risk & Security, (ISC)² AI+, or NIST AI RMF)
CRISC, CISA, or HITRUST Certified CSF Practitioner
